Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
According to the order location and product inventory, it's a priority to deliver from the local country warehouse, and then the factory warehouse.
All orders would be provided with logistics tracking ID. Our logistics forwarder usually would be: USPS, Aramex, Yanwen, Royal Mail, Australia Post, SF express, Amazon, etc.
For most of the countries, we would deliver from our local country warehouse or fulfill by DDP(Delivered Duty Paid), our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for South American countries such as Chile, Argentina, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules. Extra Shipping fees will be charged in partly countries. (Detailed shipping fees are on the checkout page) But don't worry, we would rather not charge this extra fee, and we will ensure that your goods are delivered to you successfully.

- In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
- We support international shipping. If your country is not on the table, no worries, you still could make the order, and we would contact you with the tracking ID and estimated delivery business days.
- PO Box address is not supported
- China order address and name shall be provided in Chinese
- ID number is needed for customs clearance in certain countries, like Korea, India, Argentina, etc.
