During the R&D phase of our Matrix Grinder, we had the honor of inviting Wenbo Yang to participate in product testing. As the D9+ manual coffee grinder officially launches, we are even more privileged to have his support in hosting the first global stop of our Flavor Matrix Tasting Event on March 22 at COZY COFFEE MONSTER in Seattle, USA.
Event Highlights
- Introductory sharing on flavor tasting knowledge
- Two coffee beans personally roasted by Wenbo Yang (a natural-processed 74158 Ethiopia & a washed Panama Geisha), along with their corresponding brewing methods
- Cupping and brewing tastings of each bean using the three burrs of the STARESSO D9+ coffee grinder
