STARESSO Refund Policy

Dear Customers, We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the refund/return process super easy.
Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.


1. Cancellation
1.1 Before Shipment:
  • Customers can request a full refund before the product is shipped.
  • To meet your request, we require the order number or proof of purchase.
1.2 During Shipment:
  • If you apply for a refund while the product is in transit and the cancellation is successful, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • If the cancellation is unsuccessful, refunds are not accepted after shipment.
1.3 After Shipment:
  • Refunds are not accepted once the product has been shipped and cancellation has failed.
  • In cases where the product has quality issues, we recommend you contact the online chat for a free replacement.

2. Return
2.1 Limited return services :
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, You want to return it and refund it, then you have to meet two conditions to return and refund:
  • 1.You live in USA. Our return warehouse is currently only available in the   United States.
  • 2.You didn't open the box. We can't tell if you've used it! In accordance with food safety laws, once you have used it, we can only scrap it.
  • No returns are accepted except in the United States.
  • No shipping fees Covered We do not cover the fees for your returning.
  • Make sure your shipping is covered We are not responsible for lost items during the return process, Make sure your returns are covered by shipping insurance.
2.2 All after-sales requests (product damaged or received the wrong product):
  • we will send you items without requiring a return if your warranty is covered.

3.Refund
3.1 Before refund:
Only before shipment, or the product is in transit and the cancellation is successful, a refund is available.


3.2 Refund time
  • Refund time for cancelled orders: Full refund within 7 business days
  • Refund time for returns: After STARESSO receives your refund request, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days after we receive your product. We will then notify you by email once your refund has been processed. If you don't receive the refund after 14 business days, please find us on online chat or contact with your bank.


Other circumstances are not stated in this policy but STARESSO has sufficient proof to refuse.

The barista will use the same coffee bean, ground and brewed with three different burr cores. You will record your flavor impressions during tasting and experience how the same coffee bean delivers different flavor profiles with varying particle structures.
