Customers can request a full refund before the product is shipped.

To meet your request, we require the order number or proof of purchase.

If you apply for a refund while the product is in transit and the cancellation is successful, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

If the cancellation is unsuccessful, refunds are not accepted after shipment.

Refunds are not accepted once the product has been shipped and cancellation has failed.

- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, You want to return it and refund it, then you have to meet two conditions to return and refund:
- 1.You live in USA. Our return warehouse is currently only available in the United States.
- 2.You didn't open the box. We can't tell if you've used it! In accordance with food safety laws, once you have used it, we can only scrap it.
- No returns are accepted except in the United States.

3.Refund
- Refund time for cancelled orders: Full refund within 7 business days
- Refund time for returns: After STARESSO receives your refund request, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days after we receive your product. We will then notify you by email once your refund has been processed. If you don't receive the refund after 14 business days, please find us on online chat or contact with your bank.
