Is it right for me?
Yes, Staresso Plus is extremely user-friendly. It takes less than one minute to make an epsresso. We can guarantee you the purest espresso experience in any case!
Hot water or cold water?
You can use both hot water and cold water, but we do recommend hot water. You can get a better espresso with hot water.
Is it safe?
It's totally safe! The materials we use are all approved by the FDA, and in the design and selection of materials, we adhere to the principles and ensure the quality of espresso.
Can Staresso Plus adopt to both coffee capsule and coffee grounds?
Staresso Plus only adopts coffee grounds. However the other two models, Classic and Travel, are two in one.
What coffee ground size can I use?
We recommend using medium-fine-grind coffee grounds to brew. by Discovery series is size 7–24. and the result looks like table salt will do the work.
How many beans does Staresso Plus can hold?
Staresso Plus can hold around 18-24 grams.
How many espresso shots can this make at one time?
Staresso Plus can hold up to 180 ml of water. It serves espresso for two people. And we do recommend keeping the ratio at 2:1. Example: 18 grams of coffee = 36 grams of espresso.
Can I clean it with water?
Yes. The Staresso Plus does not require a battery, it is waterproof and completely washable. usually you just need to use running water to wash and dry it,and you don't need to take it all apart.
How long does the coffee maker take to make a shot? How long from start to finish and specifically how long for the pumping?
Around 2 minutes for the entire process, 40 seconds or less for the pumping.
do I need to tamp it?
Yes, you do need to tamp it.
Does it require a lot of force to operate?
No, refer to your pumping knowledge of bicycles and basketball, but you may want to let it sit on a firm surface.
Does it go in with carry-on luggage?
Yes! You can enjoy an espresso on the plane while flying around!
