Welcome to the Global Flavor Matrix Tasting Event.

As a Flavor Experience Officer, you will embark on a journey of flavor exploration.

The barista will use the same coffee bean, ground and brewed with three different burr cores. You will record your flavor impressions during tasting and experience how the same coffee bean delivers different flavor profiles with varying particle structures.
