STARESSO Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

  • For all spare parts and accessories, orders will be shipped directly from our production facility in China (CN) regardless of your location.
  • The estimated delivery time for parts is 7-25 business days.

Note:  

1. Receiving Time = Processing Time(Normally 48 hours) + Shipping Time; For pre-order items, please refer to the information on the product page. 
2. If the product purchased by the customer is not in stock in the United States warehouse, it will be shipped from the China warehouse.

3. There are high surcharges in remote areas and islands, and some remote areas and islands cannot be shipped. (Detailed places or other info please consult customer service Email: support@staresso.com Phone: +86 0757-22321512 English service only.)

Questions:

1. Can I track my order?

After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

2. Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email support@staresso.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

3. Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If your order has been already checked out, you could contact us via support@staresso.com and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

4. My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?

If you have created an account with us you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at  support@staresso.com.
