What time period does the Staresso warranty cover?
Staresso espresso makers and grinders are covered by a standard one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Customers in the United States, U.S. territories, Canada, or Europe can register for membership, qualifying for a complimentary six-month warranty extension. This extends coverage to 1.5 years from the order date. Register your account here.
Staresso accessories and parts are backed by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. Refer to the table below for warranty periods according to product type.
What does the Staresso warranty cover?
Staresso warranty guarantees Staresso products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time, as outlined above. You can file a warranty claim here. Please note, in order for a warranty claim to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover:
