Website states that returns are permitted, but when I reached out to them (and getting a response took three attempts), was told returns are not permitted, even though I had never even used the Grinder. Because of this, I question the legitimacy of the company and whether they are being dishonest about other things, i.e., material Grinder is made from? The integrity just does not appear to be there, and this is not the kind of company I want to support.
