I have used the Staresso Classic for years and recently purchased the new model. However, after attempting to use the machine 2x while carefully following the instruction manual and even trying to reduce the pressure, etc. my machine becomes impossible to push down. I wrote in to customer service 4 days after product delivery, didn't hear back for about 2 weeks, where I was given no real assistence or advice, and then haven't heard back since. Because I didn't expect it to take this long to get support, I have travel plans coming up and will likely miss the 30 day refund deadline.
I am frustrated that, through no fault of my own, I not only received a potentially faulty machine, did not receive adequate support on time, but now also may not get a refund for the machine, despite writing in about my concerns in a timely manner, and following up promptly.
