Ich habe die Vorgänger Staresso seit 5 Jahren 2x täglich in Gebrauch und zusammen mit der Comandante Handmühle immer einen perfekten Espresso. Nach 5 Jahren musste ich lediglich mal den Gummi erneuern (1 €)
After some initial operator error, everything is dialed in. Had the pressure screw (below the filter / basket) all the way tightened - whoops! Easy to clean, pulls a decent shot, and it’s perfect for when we boil water in the kettle and one of us has tea and the other espresso
I love these little espresso makers. However the spring is so powerful it broke the plastic part of the plunger, snapping it clean off, and rendering the device useless. So sad. So I had to buy a new one.
We have been using that product since 2018 and its very good and easy to use, material quality is very high and doing cleaning very easy
I've been using classic for about more than 1 year and this make me can drink espresso with simple tool, easy to use and easy to clean with new chamber

Hot water or cold water?
You can use both hot water and cold water, but we do recommend hot water. You can get a better espresso with hot water.
Is it safe?
It's totally safe! The materials we use are all approved by the FDA, and in the design and selection of materials, we adhere to the principles and ensure the quality of espresso.
Can Staresso Classic adopt to both coffee capsule and coffee grounds?
Yes, Staresso Classic adopts both of them.
What coffee ground size can I use?
We recommend using medium-fine-grind coffee grounds to brew, which can fit 10g coffee powder,or 5-6g size capsules.
Can I clean it with water?
Yes. The Staresso Classic does not require a battery, it is waterproof and completely washable. usually you just need to use running water to wash and dry it,and you don't need to take it all apart.
How long does the coffee maker take to make a shot? How long from start to finish and specifically how long for the pumping?
Around 2 minutes for the entire process, 40 seconds or less for the pumping.
do I need to tamp it?
Yes, you do need to tamp it.
Does it require a lot of force to operate?
No, refer to your pumping knowledge of bicycles and basketball, but you may want to let it sit on a firm surface.
Does it go in with carry-on luggage?
Yes! You can enjoy an espresso on the plane while flying around!
